HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and facilities management.

Job Description:
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that all new hires are properly onboarded and integrated into the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee facility management, ensuring that all necessary maintenance and repairs are performed in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
