Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support our team in delivering high-quality education to children from low-income communities.

  • The successful candidate will partner with school leaders to define staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • They will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer rollout for all school-based roles.
  • This includes overseeing HR operations for Nagpur schools, including onboarding, induction, payroll coordination, exit formalities, and related documentation.
  • The role also involves ensuring statutory compliance with applicable laws for charitable organizations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant work experience in HR roles.
  • Proven experience in hiring and HR data management is essential.
  • Experience of working in development and non-profit sectors is preferred.
