  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong Skills: Strong people management and relationship-building skills, analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and compliance, comprehensive understanding of all HR functions.
