Job Title: HR Business Partner Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide critical local support to our business operations. As an HR Business Partner Specialist, you will lead and drive key initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations Management: Serve as the primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitating conflict resolution and managing proactive relationship improvements.
  • CASE Management Services: Deliver case management services across the region to support employees with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with the specific needs of business units.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Building and Influencing: Strong relationship-building and influencing skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion, efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
