Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and driving business outcomes through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development initiatives to ensure the school has a qualified and engaged workforce.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, grievances, and concerns, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze data to identify future talent needs, develop succession plans, and drive strategic workforce decisions.
- Training and Development: Support the identification of training needs, partner with the L&D team to deliver programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to inform business decisions, measure program effectiveness, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Change Management: Assist in implementing new processes, technologies, and organizational changes, ensuring minimal disruption to the workforce.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, link HR initiatives to business outcomes, and drive strategic decision-making.
