Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to handle corporate service accounts. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving retention and growth through effective delivery and coordination.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and building strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

The ideal candidate will understand client business needs and align company solutions to meet those requirements. They will coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.

Maintaining accurate records and monitoring account health are crucial aspects of this role. The Relationship Manager will proactively identify risks and drive initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.

Regular performance reports, usage analytics, and monthly service reviews will be prepared and presented to clients. Upselling and cross-selling opportunities in coordination with the sales team must be identified.

Effective communication, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position. Additionally, the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively is required.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in a B2B environment.
