Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the organization's financial health, ensuring optimal liquidity, mitigating foreign exchange exposures, and making informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Liquidity & Cash Management
  • Manage daily cash flows to maintain optimal liquidity across geographies.
  • Develop forecasts for short-term and long-term cash requirements.
  • Support automation initiatives such as host-to-host payments to streamline processes.
Foreign Exchange & Risk Management
  • Monitor FX exposures and execute hedging strategies aligned with company policy.
  • Calculate MTM valuations and prepare comprehensive exposure reports.
  • Collaborate with banks on FX negotiations and derivative instruments to minimize risks.
Investments & Fund Management
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable investment options (Fixed Deposits, money markets, bonds, etc.).
  • Assess risk-return trade-offs and ensure compliance with investment policies.
  • Track portfolio performance, P&L, and maintain accurate investment registers.
Banking & Compliance
  • Negotiate with domestic and international banks for treasury operations to secure favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal treasury policies to maintain regulatory adherence.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare detailed MIS, dashboards, and treasury reports for leadership review.
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with accounting and audit teams to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Finance with CFA/FRM certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant corporate treasury experience, preferably in a senior analyst role.
  • Experience limited to banking roles will not be considered, as we seek candidates with a broad understanding of corporate finance.
