Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations, drive business performance, and ensure robust financial management.

A well-established enterprise has created an innovative product that offers automation solutions to over 250+ enterprises. This product is rated as one of the top 5 IPA tools in the world by analysts like G2 & Everest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning effectively.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Guarantee adherence to statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high growth startup.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and International markets (North America and UAE).
