The Mission
As our first AI hire, you will be the chief architect of the brain behind our entire platform. You will design the master blueprint for interconnected AI systems and build the core intelligence that powers our competitive advantage—the Data Flywheel.
Who We Seek
- A Visionary Systems Builder: 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and deploying complex machine learning systems from scratch.
- AI Expertise: Proficiency in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and the modern NLP ecosystem.
- A Hands-On Architect: Skilled in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and comfortable writing code on cloud platforms (AWS).
- A Strategic Thinker: Scalable, resilient, and elegant systems expertise.
