Job Description

As a data scientist, you will be responsible for spearheading applied research and development of advanced AI/ML solutions, architecting and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines, designing scalable AI/ML platforms, partnering with engineering and product teams, and providing ML thought leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading high-performing teams and driving ML projects to deliver value to consumers and partners throughout their property journey.
  • Building strong data science practices and fostering a culture that promotes innovation and collaboration.
  • Applying expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn), Python, and deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs) to solve complex problems and drive business outcomes.
  • Fine-tuning LLMs, working with embeddings, prompt engineering, and integrating into production applications to improve customer experience.
  • Data wrangling, feature engineering, and MLOps to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions into the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, spanning NLP, deep learning, computer vision, image processing, and introductory experience in building or fine-tuning generative AI models. A graduate or postgraduate degree from a Tier-I institute is preferred.
