Job Title: Canadian Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to maintain accurate financial records, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with federal and provincial laws.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements in accordance with ASPE or IFRS, performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, and filing GST/HST, payroll remittances, corporate tax (T2), and other regulatory returns.
  • The candidate will also assist with personal tax filings during tax season, liaise with external auditors, CRA, and other regulatory bodies, and analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • CA or CA Intern Fresher can apply
  • 1–3 years of experience in Canadian accounting or taxation preferred.
  • Proficiency with accounting and tax software such as Profile, TaxCycle, CaseWare, or Cantax.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian tax rules and filing procedures.
