Job Title: Transition Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Digital Business Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transition management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end transition solutions, including:

  • Customizing and sizing transition solutions for various RFPs
  • Supporting the creation of transition related content and presentations for clients bid defense
  • Participating in internal reviews to get the transition solution ready
  • Supporting the execution of transition programs

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a logical mindset, and the ability to learn quickly. They will also have experience with Office Suites (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Teams), effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

Must-have competencies include:

  • Demonstrate good project management skills and experience of working on at least 1 application transition projects
  • Logical mindset and ability to learn
  • Experience with Office Suits (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Teams)
  • Collaborative mindset and develop amicable working relationships with teams
  • Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills

Additional responsibilities include participating in CoE initiatives to enhance transition framework, accelerators, libraries, tools, and templates, as well as supporting the preparation of content for analyst meets and other CoE initiatives.
