Sr. Digital Health Transformation Project Manager

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the design, testing, and deployment of digital health solutions. As Sr. Digital Health Transformation Project Manager, you will lead large-scale IT transformation projects, manage vendors, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate concept documents into actionable project roadmaps.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
  • Oversee solution design, testing (sandbox & UAT), and deployment.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, procurement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and IT vendors.
  • Deliver solutions within 12 months, ensuring compliance and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, or large government organizations.
  • MTech, BTech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale IT system design and implementation.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation.
