**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Practices and Enablement Team, you will cultivate a human-first environment that honors how individuals and teams optimally work.

This role involves supporting project planning and execution by coordinating activities needed to execute new processes and standards. You will also support roll-out, training and support for successful processes implementation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Defining requirements and documentation for new processes, translating stakeholder requirements into clear documentation.
  • Driving adoption across all levels of the organization through change management and enablement.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations on problem-solving and impact of potential solutions.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities in technology roles or business analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence without authority and run group workshops or facilitation sessions.
