Healthcare Digital Marketing Strategist

As a results-driven professional, we are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in healthcare marketing and a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services through campaign planning and optimization. This includes conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Optimization: Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
- Patient Lead Generation: Drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth).
- Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conversion Rate Improvement: Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations (Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR).
- Remarketing Strategies: Implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
