Transformation Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Director to lead our IT Transformation programs, ensuring seamless execution within established timelines and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, building high-performing teams of project managers, technical experts, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives, identifying relevant stakeholders to facilitate communication and manage expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on program status to project stakeholders and management, establishing metrics and management dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise to meet program objectives, while monitoring and managing resource capacity and workload to ensure efficient project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with MBA or PMP certification advantageous.
  • 18+ years of experience in delivering complex IT Transformation programs, preferably in a leadership role, with strong program management skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Hands-on experience in application development programs, including projects based on Agile methodology, with excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
