Job Overview

Our organization seeks a seasoned Recruitment Strategist to spearhead the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
