Job Scope:

As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and fulfilling assigned requisitions. You will also play a key role in shaping our future workforce by providing leadership in mentoring and training junior team members in recruiting best practices. This is a performance-driven role, with potential for career growth to recruiting management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis across multiple technology verticals
  • Utilize diverse sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities
  • Create effective Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine overall suitability
  • Analyze client needs and understand the requirements of hiring managers and technical skills required
  • Build strong relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates
  • Accurately update internal ATS systems
  • Nurture ongoing relationships with user groups and potential talent
  • Stay up-to-date with technological trends and display technical knowledge
  • Anticipate business priorities and their impact on long-term staffing plans
  • Coach junior team members on critical technical recruitment principles
