**Designation: Overseas Recruiter**
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Conduct regular client meetings and update them on the progress of ongoing searches
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top senior-level talent.
- Identify opportunities to expand client base and develop new business relationships.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and pitch presentations.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Specialist Senior Appointments/Search Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and expertise in senior-level talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹43,923.27 per month
