**Job Title: Overseas Recruiter**
**Location: Remote (Based in India)**
**Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Home**
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with hiring managers and overseas clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Stay informed about global market trends, industry developments, and changes in immigration policies that may impact overseas recruitment activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international recruitment practices and cultural nuances.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of immigration procedures and visa requirements for different countries is a plus.
- Flexibility to work remotely and collaborate with team members across different time zones.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
