Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and qualifying requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
