We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our team of experts in technical accounting, finance, and operations. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading crucial meetings with clients, coaching and mentoring staff, reviewing work, and enhancing your expertise.

  • Leading client meetings and providing excellent timely client service.
  • Reviewing and delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their expertise and achieve career growth.
  • Managing multiple projects and owning client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Adding value through complex transaction analyses and financial modeling.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background in public accounting and industry experience, preferably within the Big Four.
  • Rated top 25% of your peer group, CPA license preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in public accounting and industry, with 3 or more years of prior experience managing teams and owning work product.
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
