This pivotal role drives growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships in the Data & AI domain.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Data, AI, and Software consultancy.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
- Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development).
- Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients.
- Strong network of decision-makers across industries (preferred).
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling consulting services (not just software licenses).
- Knowledge of enterprise data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
- Exposure to emerging areas like Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or Advanced Analytics.
