Project Director - SAP S/4HANA Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned project director to lead the transformation of our business processes using SAP S/4HANA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to drive process improvements, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management
    • Manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
    • Capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support for successful delivery with minimal disruption.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Process Improvement
    • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement process improvements using SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external partners.
    • Foster collaboration, communication, and a culture of excellence within the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience
    • Proven experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, with awareness of regulated environments.
  • Skills
    • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, commercial business flows, and integration projects.
    • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
    • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams.
