Business Relationship Development
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Relationship Manager to lead the development of strategic partnerships with key clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving growth through effective communication and coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering open and collaborative relationships built on trust and respect.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, staying up-to-date on their business needs and priorities.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing proactive measures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present regular account reviews and performance metrics to clients, highlighting value-added services and suggesting relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Handle complex client issues professionally, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client developments, leveraging this knowledge to suggest innovative solutions and improve client engagement.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business relationship management, preferably in B2B or corporate services environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A Customer-First mindset, with a proactive approach to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
