The role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our client relationships in India and beyond.

The successful candidate will set the standard for how we show up with senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams are always ahead of the curve, and building long-term trust that converts into growth.

You'll oversee a team that translates business goals into creative action, and spot opportunities before clients even ask.

You'll be accountable for client retention, upsell, and revenue expansion, as well as for how the team delivers.

What you'll do

  • Owning relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Guiding internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs
  • Anticipating client requirements and bringing proactive solutions
  • Balancing commercial thinking with creative sensibility - keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check
  • Developing, coaching, and growing the client services team into consultative partners
  • Calling out when 'good enough' isn't good enough - and showing what better looks like
  • Partnering with leadership to shape proposals, pitches, and new market entries

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B experience a plus)
  • A strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
  • Someone who can manage both detail and direction
  • A track record of running multi-market accounts
  • An instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline
