Job Title: Senior Business Partner

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and fostering open communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Vocational Course, Diploma, B.B.A, or B.Com degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
