Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a talented and ambitious HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for delivering results with integrity and building relationships of trust.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various levels and functions to ensure that business decisions consider the people implications. You will also be responsible for employee relationship management, including addressing and resolving employee concerns and grievances.

Additionally, you will manage talents in partnership with the business through hiring, retention programs, employee sensing, and rewards. You will also influence compensation and benefits strategy and policy, conduct comprehensive performance appraisals, and facilitate constructive communication and career development programs.

As a data-driven professional, you will be proficient in analyzing HR data, generating detailed reports, and maintaining key HR metrics. You will also collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
