We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships to enhance and acquire more assets under management.
Key Responsibilities:- Portfolio Management: Collaborate with clients to align their financial strategies with their goals, minimizing risk and maximizing desired returns.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
- Onboarding and Marketing: Onboard new clients and conduct marketing activities to increase the number of managed clients.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:
