
Learning Solutions Designer

We are seeking an experienced Learning Project Manager to lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of high-quality learning solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up projects, defining processes, team structures, and ways of working, as well as managing workplans to mitigate risks.
The Learning Project Manager will oversee a team of instructional designers and media/technology designers across various locations, providing guidance on developing instructionally sound, creative, and high-quality solutions with high-impact outcomes.
This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment while delivering high-quality results. Additionally, the candidate must have extensive knowledge of learner-centric, performance-based instructional theories and adult learning principles, as well as experience using rapid development tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technology
- Ability to lead and manage agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience presenting data to make decisions
- Comprehensive reviews of training materials, proposals, and training budget, effort, and staffing requirements
