
Learning Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with Functional Managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop learning objectives, identify solution approaches and design effective training materials.
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and create customized training solutions that meet those requirements.
- Develop and maintain guidelines, templates, and checklists to ensure consistency across all project deliverables.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and design comprehensive training curricula that cater to diverse learner needs.
- Design and develop high-quality content outlines, standards, and guidelines for proposed learning solutions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in authoring tools and multimedia software.
