Job Title: Learning Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design department, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training materials that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning theory and experience designing training programs for diverse audiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop high-quality content that meets the needs of our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive training programs that align with client goals and objectives
  • Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and assessments
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of adult learning theory and best practices in instructional design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
