We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Leader to oversee the Human Resources function at our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all plant-level HR functions, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training & development, and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Manage industrial relations (IR) and maintain strong union/worker relationships while ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
  • Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory and distillery operations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong educational background
  • At least 15 years of experience required
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws, IR, and statutory compliance.
