Job Overview:

The Senior HR and Administration Manager oversees the Human Resources department, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. They manage recruitment processes, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience in administering Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
