We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in India. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to drive business growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organization's overall objectives. They will work closely with the leadership team to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and payroll management. They will also serve as a key liaison between our Indian office and our global headquarters, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing high-volume recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, and providing strategic guidance to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in HR management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment processes
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations
  • Fluency in MS Office and HR software (Workday)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
