We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our HR department. As the HR Lead, you will develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR initiatives that support business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR efforts with business needs and foster a positive work culture.
  • Design and oversee recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
  • Foster positive employee relations by promoting communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Identify training and development needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
