We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving overall human resources and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive working environment
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
- Implement employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement performance management processes
- Identify training and development needs for employees
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
