Job Title: Executive HR

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Executive HR. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand hiring requirements of hiring managers
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms
  • Review resumes and screen candidates
  • Advertise job openings on careers page, social media, and job boards
  • Attract candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
  • Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
  • Perform in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates
  • Maintain relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Closing Corporate and Club Level Hiring within defined TAT
  • Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates
  • Stay updated about hiring trends and best practices
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Other office administration work
