Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager will be the primary point of contact for HR operations, driving talent initiatives that fuel business success.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager with proven leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams or projects, requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data and insights to influence stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
  • Advanced experience enhancing programs or processes using business and organizational insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build trust with diverse stakeholder groups.
