Job Title:

Ambitious and results-driven Senior HR Business Partner and Rewards Specialist is required to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

This individual will work closely with senior management to develop a people strategy aligned with overall business goals, focusing on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Leading change management efforts and supporting transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.
  • Designing, benchmarking, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments, is essential.

Additionally, this individual should have an analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and an MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivery

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Nice to Have:

Prior experience managing ESOP programs

Experience working in a global organization

Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
