Lead Performance Management Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and institutionalize a performance-driven culture across the organization through strategic implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS).

  • The ideal candidate should have expertise in HR with a strong focus on Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard implementation, and experience in Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.

This role requires strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to manage dual reporting and multiple business expectations. We are looking for a results-driven individual who can make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and managing the end-to-end PMS for the organization.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to align business and people performance.
  • Institutionalizing Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to measure performance across Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning & Growth perspectives.

The preferred attributes include demonstrated experience in deploying BSC in a manufacturing or engineering environment, strong analytical skills, and comfort working in matrix organizations with cross-functional dependencies.

Requirements:
  • An MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • 8–12 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation.
  • A background in Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
