Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily HR and administrative functions.

  • Manage attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation.
  • Draft internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews and audits.

This role also involves interacting with staff on the shopfloor, understanding their needs, and resolving minor grievances. Additionally, support compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Plant Head and HR leadership in managing daily tasks.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, placement consultants, and training institutes for hiring activities.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders (BBA/MBA-HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent) with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with ability to write professional documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with job portals and ability to connect with training/placement partners.
