Job Title: HR Operations Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented leader to drive efficiency, compliance, and process standardization in HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure an excellent employee experience and lead ownership of core HR operational activities.

This individual will be responsible for leading the execution of HRMS management, payroll processing, compliance management, and full & final settlements. They will also ensure smooth HR service delivery, consistent employee experience, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee efficient functioning of the company's internal HR portal, drive process automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency, and lead and manage internal and external HR audits with full compliance.

Maintaining integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data in compliance with data protection and security standards is crucial for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in HR operations, including 2 years in a management role.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment, proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and HR operations, excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and ability to handle queries, manage multiple priorities, and drive ad hoc projects are essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR operations with 2 years in a management role
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment
