Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources department and shape our employer brand strategy.
- Develop and implement a vision for the HR team, ensuring effective team management and aligning with organizational goals.
- Design and implement policies that promote a positive work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity among employees.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans that attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Support and suggest improvements to the recruitment process, enhancing the candidate experience and improving time-to-hire metrics.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of labor legislation and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication abilities, leadership skills, and the ability to foster healthy employee relations, driving engagement and productivity.
