Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic HR Leader to lead our organization's Human Resources department.

Job Description:

This is a full-time onsite position for a Strategic HR Leader, located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Strategic HR Leader will oversee the HR department, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.

The role involves overseeing performance management processes, handling recruitment and staffing strategies, and collaborating with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in HR and human resources policies.
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment is a plus.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the IT domain.
