About the Role:

As a Strategic Product Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer-centric initiatives for The Sleep Company's mobile applications. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of product development, design, marketing collaborations, analytics, and growth strategies to deliver exceptional end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Insights: Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.

Design Alignment: Collaborate with design teams to ensure that product designs align with customer expectations and brand guidelines.

Marketing Partnerships: Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement and acquisition.

Data-Driven Growth: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop growth strategies and tactics to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

End-User Feedback Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements.

Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects related to end-user experience, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on customer experience.

• Strong understanding of user experience principles and design thinking.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
