Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Professional to join our team in day-to-day BIM implementation activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Discipline Lead, BIM Manager and Production Team(s) to ensure smooth operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide regular progress updates to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all formal BIM correspondences.
  • Support hardware/software deployment and deliver BIM software training to project team members.
  • Develop and update BIM object libraries and quality templates per organizational standards.
  • Ensure quality and compliance of all BIM submissions through regular QA/QC checks.
  • Validate models for accuracy, export data for design and commercial use, and perform clash detection.
  • Prepare reports and models for value engineering and constructability analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced CIVIL 3D modeler with skills in modelling Track works, rail utilities, drainage modelling and experience in multi-disciplinary Design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination process.
  • 5-10 years experience in BIM Tools.
  • Experience within Design or Construction on infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in a range of authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations and collaboration applications.
  • Possess the ability to develop analytical reports and presentations.
