BIM Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM coordinator to lead project teams and ensure effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects by allocating resources efficiently and tracking progress.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to meet project deliverables and objectives.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project goals and profit targets.
  • Monitor and review project leads' updates to track project status accurately.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and international project teams for BIM modeling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, training team members in their usage.
  • Manage modeling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.
