BIM Structural Modeling Expert

We are seeking a skilled BIM structural modeler to support our engineering team by creating detailed and accurate 3D models and structural drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural modeling using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools, with a good understanding of construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 3D models and structural drawings based on engineering markups and design requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure model consistency.
  • Produce accurate shop drawings, detailed sections, and reinforcement detailing as required.
  • Maintain BIM models and update them as needed through the lifecycle of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes.
  • Assist in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or other BIM coordination software.
  • Ensure quality control of modeled output and manage revisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum [3-5] years of experience as a structural modeler, with at least [2] years using BIM/Revit.
  • Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
  • Solid knowledge of structural systems (RC, steel, post-tensioning, etc.) and detailing standards.
  • Experience working on large-scale buildings, infrastructure, or villa projects is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Revit or BIM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 or other BIM standards.
