Job Title: BIM Technician

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are seeking a qualified BIM Specialist with hands-on experience in creating and managing detailed building information models. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools to deliver seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage complex BIM models with a minimum Level of Development (LOD) 350+
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for smooth collaboration and communication
  • Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality results
  • Create and manage parametric Revit families as per project scope requirements
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and project-specific guidelines
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews to ensure seamless integration
  • Support the resolution of design coordination issues within the model, promoting effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with the design team to achieve project goals and objectives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a BIM Specialist (2–5 years)
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools
  • Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows
  • Ability to create custom families and maintain project standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals
